सबसे पहले गूगल प्ले स्टोर मैं आप सर्च करें कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक जिसमें कोटक 811 करके एक एप्लीकेशन ओपन हो जाएगा उसे इंस्टॉल कर लें। इसके बाद आप से परमिशन मांगी जाएगी तो परमिशन देते हुए आगे बढ़ जाना है। इतना करते ही आप एप्लीकेशन के एड्रेस बोर्ड पर आ जाएंगे।

यदि आप एडजस्टिंग यूजर हैं तो आपके लिए लॉगिन का ऑप्शन मिलेगा यदि आप इसके नए यूजर है आपके पास बैंक अकाउंट नहीं है तो आप अभी ऑनलाइन ही अपना बैंक अकाउंट ओपन कर सकते हैं। इसके बाद ऑप्शन मिलेगा न्यू टू कोटक गेट स्टार्ट नाऊ पर क्लिक करना है। क्लिक करेंगे तो आपके पास ब्राउज़र को यूज करने का ऑप्शन आता है। ब्राउज़र को सिलेक्ट कर लेना है अब आपके सामने एक एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म आ जाता है अब आप इस एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म को फिल करना स्टार्ट करते हैं।

सबसे पहले अपना पूरा नाम लिखते हैं जो आधार कार्ड पर लिखा हुआ है और अपना मोबाइल नंबर जो आधार से लिंक है। अपनी ईमेल आईडी फील कर देना है इसके बाद टर्म्स &कंडीशन को एग्री कर देना है। इसके बाद ओपन नाऊ पर क्लिक कर देना है। अब आपने जो मोबाइल नंबर डाला था उस पर एक ओटीपी रिसीव होगी उस ओटीपी को भरकर नेक्स्ट कर देना है। इसके बाद आपसे पूछा जाएगा कि आप बैंक में जाकर केवाईसी करना चाहते हैं या ऑनलाइन वीडियो केवाईसी करना चाहते हैं। तो स्टार्ट वीडियो केवाईसी पर क्लिक कर देना है। 

First of all write your full name which is written on Aadhaar card and your mobile number which is linked to Aadhaar. You have to fill your email id, after that you have to agree to the terms & conditions. After that click on Open Now. Now an OTP will be received on the mobile number you had entered, that OTP has to be filled and forwarded. After this you will be asked whether you want to do KYC by going to the bank or want to do online video KYC. So click on Start Video KYC.

यहां पर आपको अपने आधार कार्ड से ही अपनी केवाईसी करनी होगी । इसके लिए आप को यस के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है । इसके बाद अपना पैन नंबर और आधार नंबर फिल कर देना है और नेक्स्ट के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है। इसके बाद टर्म एंड कंडीशन को रीडर कर लेना है और कंटिन्यू के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक कर देना है। इसके बाद आप के आधार से जो नंबर लिंक होगा उस पर एक ओटीपी रिसीव होगी तो उस ओटीपी को फिल करके नेक्स्ट के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है। इसके बाद आपकी आधार पर जो जानकारी दी गई होंगी

After this, you have to fill your PAN number and Aadhaar number and click on the option of Next. After that read the term and condition and click on continue option. After this, an OTP will be received on the number which will be linked to your Aadhaar, then fill that OTP and click on the option of Next. After this the information which would have been given on your basis

वह आपको दिखने लगेंगी जैसे आपका एड्रेस फादर्स नेम। इसके बाद आपको नेक्स्ट के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है।

They will start appearing to you like your address father's name. After this you have to click on the option of Next.

इसके बाद आता है फोटो जो आपके आधार से ले ली गई है अब आपको मिसिंग पॉइंट फिल करना है जो फेल नहीं होंगे आपको वह सिलेक्ट कर लेना है जैसे आप काम क्या करते हैं आप बिजनेसमैन हैं या आप ग्रहणी हैं स्टूडेंट है जॉब सीकर हैं तो आपको सिलेक्ट कर लेना है। नेक्स्ट ऑप्शन आता है इनकम का आप लोगों को अपनी इनकम सेलेक्ट कर लेनी है सालाना इनकम कितनी है इसके बाद नेक्स्ट ऑप्शन आता है मैरिड का आप मैरिड है या अनमैरिड है। इसको भी आपको सेलेक्ट कर लेना है। इसके बाद फादर्स नेम मदर्स नेम और जेंडर सिलेक्ट कर लेना है। 

After this comes the photo which has been taken from your base, now you have to fill the missing points which will not fail, you have to select what work you do, you are a businessman or you are a student, you are a job seeker, then you Have to select. Next option comes for income, you people have to select your income, how much is your annual income, after that next option comes for married whether you are married or unmarried. इसके बाद आपके सामने नेक्स्ट का ऑप्शन आता है और उसे क्लिक करते हैं।

आपसे नॉमिनी की डिटेल मांग रहा है यदि आपको अभी नॉमिनी की डिटेल फील करनी हो तो फिर कर सकते हैं या बाद में भी फिल कर सकते हैं। वैसे मैं तुरंत ही रिकमेंड करूंगा कि आप तुरंत ही नॉमिनी की डिटेल्स फिल कर दें। यहां पर आपको नॉमिनी का नाम एड्रेस नॉमिनी का आप से संबंध यह ऑप्शन सेलेक्ट करके कंटिन्यू के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक कर देना है।

इसके बाद धर्मन कंडीशन को एक्सेस कर लेना है और नेक्स्ट के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है। इसके बाद आपकी डिटेल्स का समरी पेज आ जाता है उस पेज को रीड कर लेना है। इसके बाद कंटिन्यू की ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है। इसके बाद एक डिक्लेरेशन फॉर्म आता है और उसको रीड कर लेना है और एक्सेस करके कंटिन्यू के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है।

इसके बाद आता है कम्युनिकेशन ऐड्रेस इसके बाद जो आपका वर्तमान पता हो उसे आपको यहां फिल करना होता है। यदि सेम एड्रेस हो तो वही फिल कर देना है और कंटिन्यू के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है इसमें डिक्लेरेशन को देख लेना है और फिर से कंटिन्यू के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है। इसके बाद आपका यह फॉर्म सबमिट हो जाएगा और आपके सामने एक वीडियो केवाईसी का ऑप्शन आ जाएगा। इस परमिशन को एलाऊ कर देना है। वीडियो केवाईसी करने के लिए सबसे पहले अपने पैन कार्ड को स्कैन करना होगा

जो आप अपने कैमरे से करते हैं इसके बाद नेक्स्ट ऑप्शन आता है आपकी इमेज का आप अपनी इमेज ले सकते हैं या गैलरी की इमेज सेलेक्ट कर सकते हैं। इसके बाद सिग्नेचर का ऑप्शन आ जाएगा और आप सिग्नेचर को कैप्चर करके सेंड कर देते हैं इसके बाद आप को बैंक से एक बैंक कर्मचारी का फोन आएगा जिसे अपने सिग्नेचर करके दिखाने होंगे । इसके बाद आपकी वीडियो केवाईसी कंप्लीट हो जाती है और आपके सामने एक वीडियो केवाईसी सक्सेज का मैसेज आ जाता है। इसके बाद आप बैंक अकाउंट को यूज कर सकते हैं

आपके कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक अकाउंट की सारी डिटेल्स आपके एसएमएस के द्वारा या आपके व्हाट्सएप के द्वारा सेंड कर दी जाती हैं। जिसमें आपका अकाउंट नंबर या यूपीआई आईडी होगी।
